Do not go here at all!!!!!! They messed up on 2 of my embroidery orders!!!!!! Did not even offer a refund or anything and was actually rude about it. They monogrammed one of my purses and the top half of my monogram wasn't even visible! It went over the flap and you could only see the bottom half of my monogram. Now tell me why they would keep on stitching and NOT STOP THE MACHINE when they realized my monogram wasn't even visible. They ruined my purse and expected me to just take it and not complain.
