I don’t have anything good to say I just found out that they were even still around They messed up in order was told it would be corrected A year went by and nothing was done couldn’t get a hold of them went to their office to find out their office was no longer to find out that they just had a new office I went in to see them they confirm the mistake that was made and still yet no reimbursement no replacement nothing was done just told basically that was it. It happens. You’re rolling the dice going there

Rude customer service over and over again for the last year or so. Do yourself a favor and find another embroidery company. Please don't dare to bother the gentleman behind one of the desk in main area. You will more than likely annoy him by asking some simple questions.
