Awesome business hate to see them go
Completely unacceptable customer service, takes forever to respond and they could care less if your orders arrive or if they are correct. You have to bug them to get any answers when they should be upfront and proactive. I'll never order from them again!
I just love Embroidery Central. They are always so good at answering my questions. My orders are ready so fast. I live close by so I can usually pick things up the next day or I have even had it shipped the next day. Once they didn't have the pattern I wanted so they found it and had it shipped to the store. I love giving business to them.
I want to praise Leah for her prompt and helpful service in tracking down supplies needed for my project, including contacting the manufacturer. She is a wonderful asset to the company!
