Debby and staff are always welcoming and helpful. They have the best gift shop in addition to their embroidery services. Nora Fleming and MudPie and Debby’s own Funky Snacks. Love shopping here for great gifts.
I brought 2 blankets to be embroidered, one had a miss spelling. I was worried about getting them to correct it. She apologized, and in a very short period of time it was fixed. I tried looking at the blanket where the mitsake was made and I couldn't see any imperfections! GREAT JOB!
I have to say, I thought customer service went out the door a while back but this boutique, went way above in customer service. I needed a special gift and only had a day to make it happen and they did. This is my fourth or fifth embroidery order and they have blown it out of the water every time! Thank you ladies!!!!!
