Dropped off a hat for alteration (did a great job on the hat) and a coat and vest to replace the buttons. After almost 3 weeks (granted 5 of those days were over Thanksgiving). I picked up all three items and when I was taking the coat and vest out of the bag at home, one of the buttons fell off. I looked at the other buttons and they were only being held on with one or two loops of thread. After 6 months, never got done. The first 2 months I called at least twice to get an update and she said it would be done the next week. At this point I have no need for those clothes. Maybe I was unlucky, because I'm not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from.
