We went on a Saturday to tour and the leasing agent (Anthony) wasn’t honest to my brother regarding the rental verification nor the credit score required. He told us that they did not verify rental at the location and even told him to submit an application as soon as he could—knowing his lease was still not up at his current property (which was explained to him). Tyrese has been absolutely amazing! He’s been incredibly attentive and thorough in helping me transition into a new unit. Even though he’s new to the complex, his dedication has truly made me and my son feel safe knowing there’s someone willing to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a leasing manager with such genuine care and professionalism—Embree Hill is so lucky to have him! I’m excited to continue working with him and to see the positive impact he brings to our community.
Writing this on behalf of my kid’s father who is a current resident at this establishment Building 7 ! He has been a resident since February and has had nothing but issues with this establishment. The key pad to get into the apartment has dies every other day and he has to carry a battery with him to be able to get himself and the kids into the apartment.
