Awesome massage, and they continue to get better and better!!
I had a fantastic massage with Bri this morning at the lovely Embraced Wellness Center. She had prepared for the session by reading my description of particular issues I have (with upper back and hands) and discussed with me before starting the areas where I wanted particular emphasis. Her hands are magical--they are strong yet sensitive and quickly detect tightness and knots that need attention. Bri is also very pleasant and helpful in giving suggestions for particular stretches. I felt so at home and comfortable in the center. There are services offered for any need. I could spend the whole day there to get re-energized and refreshed as the space is calming and the staff are super knowledgeable about their respective services. A much needed collaboration in the heart of St. Pete! Highly recommend.
