I have been working with Heena and the practice for several years in order to manage my medications. I have always appreciated how thorough and detail-oriented she is; between bloodwork that helps indicate which medications I should try to offering the newer treatments like TMS and Spravato, I have always felt that she has her finger on the pulse of my changing needs. I feel very heard and taken care of by both her and the staff - would highly recommend!
Attempted to make a new patient appointment via the form on their site. Day 1: Got a text message early in the morning asking what time I was free to be called to schedule my new patient appointment. I said anytime just call me. No response. Called them at 2PM and asked when they were planning to call; they said someone would call later that day.
