Horrible experience for many reasons. First, I had my braces for nearly 7 years- they would continuously lie about what I would get them off. Second, the staff are incredibly rude and combative- especially as a patient with missing teeth and in need of a new retainer (whilst waiting on implant surgery) they created a retainer I explained was not fitting correctly, causing me unbearable pain, and looked HORRIBLE (the two fake teeth were much bigger and a different shade than the rest of my teeth) all the staff told me I had t... read more
