All the people here is very kind and professional.
I thought this office was gonna be good orthodontics but i’ve had multiple issues. As someone who works in dentistry I watch carefully what the assistance do, i’ve had to tell an assist she needs to etch and bond a bumper and she didn’t do it. The next day it came out. Not properly placing power chains causing a gap in multiple teeth. I can keep going on but i’m just ready to get out of these braces and leave this practice.
Update: after leaving the previous 2 star review, the office administrator called and opened up their schedule for the bracket repairs my son needed. I had rescheduled it 2x prior because of major family emergencies that we had to leave the state for and another time because my husband's car was being repaired, and we were having to share a vehicle....hard times for us~!
