BUYER BEWARE!! We financed our original home loan with Dave at Embrace 1-1/2 years ago. In October of 2019 we refinanced with Embrace being shown that we are going to save around $170 per month. After the apparent mistakes made by our loan officer and Embrace's closing agent, not only do we now have to pay $0.50 more per month than our original payment, but we are now short almost $1,000 in escrow and their agent did not collect $2300 in property taxes, both of which are due immediately.
