Embrace is the best agency in massechussetts concerning there aernings ,caring , communication and peacfull keep it up .
It was a horrible dealing with them for so many reasons. Communication was horrible at times. In most cases, Aides are instructed to direct problems, complaints to management, not to family. Then they may tell someone, or not. Big problems with communication. Aides spent so much time on phones not interacting with mom. My mom had many people visiting that is how I know.
The owner and operations manager cater to the women they hire not to the clients and their family. They all gossip and are instructed to tell the owners about issues, not the clients. There was so little interaction with the aides and my mother. A few good women, most wanted to sit and do as little as possible. A very pricey service that made losing my mother more difficult.
