It was a nighmare dealing with them for so many reasons. Communication was horrible. Aides are instructed to direct problems, complaints to management, not to family! So if there is an issue it goes to the owner or his husband. Then they may tell someone in the family, or not. Aides spent so much time on phones not interacting with mom.
