I wish there was an option for zero stars, but unfortunately there isn't. This is why I'm giving them one star. They completely ruined my daughter's 6th birthday surprise. I had booked a Miss Spa package for her birthday party, but when we arrived, they had booked it for a completely different day. My daughter is heartbroken because of it.
I have been going there since 2019. The staff has always been polite. The service is great.
I've been multiple times now and I always walk away extremely happy with the quality of work and overall atmosphere. I would highly recommend 🙌🏻
