This place was a life saver !! As an over the road truck driver 1500 miles from home experiencing severe tooth pain I contacted them and they got me right in for emergency care (even though I left with 2 less teeth) least I won’t be in so much pain thanks to embrace dental 🦷
The actual service provided was great. The problem I have is that when I have an issue with the billing the office manager did not want to spend over an hour like I did on the phone to get in touch with the insurance company to resolve a billing issue and wanted me to do their job for them. It’s been ongoing for 6 months with no resolution as they send me the bill because there was a mistake on their end when information got submitted. I’ll update if there is any changes.
