I would give negative stars if I could do so. I don’t have an issue with the therapist I was seeing even though it felt like she just gave up on me when an issue popped up with my issuance. She quit responding to my texts. And then January 9th I received 21 past due balance notifications in my email along with an email from their biller who also happens to be a licensed professional counselor. This company does not embrace African American clients or staff. I wanted a black therapist and I was disappointed when I found out that the only black therapist they had doesn’t work with them anymore. How can they embrace change when they don’t represent change.
