I have been taking Thai yoga with Laura for 6 months now and I love it! She's a great teacher, very caring, intuitive and perceptive. I always leave her classes feeling as if I have done a deep meditation. As well as that, I've noticed that my body is much more flexible now than when I started.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Thai massage and it was truly transformative. The ambiance was soothing, with soft music and calming decor. The massage itself was incredible. Thai massage is truly unlike any other massage experience I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relieve stress, improve flexibility, or simply indulge in self-care.

Being in Laura's sacred space and presence is an activation all on it's on, but taking her Kundalini class was like stepping through a portal to the next level of my Self. I cried many times throughout the class, felt emotions I had no idea were still there and I connected to my heart and family so intensely that after class I had a text from two family members I hadn't spoken to in months back to back. Laura is a powerful Spiritual Teacher, Leader and Guide and I'm grateful her studio is in St. Pete, my new home.
