I have been coming to Yolanda and Embody Wellness for more than two years for MLD massages after breast cancer and lymph nodes removal. On the onset, Yolanda made every effort to address my concerns. She is very patient and understanding. She is very knowledgeable about the lymph system and the unique techniques of the lymphatic drainage massage. i got a massage from Yolanda because i have been having some stiff shoulder, neck and upper back muscles and some lack of mobility. The massage felt great and loosened them up. Yolanda was so helpful suggesting stretching between massages. I would highly recommend her. She knows her stuff. She is also very professional and kind. I will definitely be going back to her again soon. Wish I could go every week!
