Emily is an amazing provider! I initially went to her for one specific concern, which she helped me resolve/address after just one session! My remaining sessions with her were focused on support during the remainder of my pregnancy (I started seeing her around 27 weeks) and post partum. Emily has a way of making each of her clients feel seen and heard. Her environment is so welcoming and cozy & I found myself looking forward to every session and being sad when they were over!

I highly recommend Emily's practice! She combines various techniques and tools to create a holistic service to support women, and that is very unique! Emily is very warm, kind, and communicative. I really enjoyed all of our sessions and made great progress!

I started seeing Emily in early 2023 around the time I was diagnosed with a severely herniated disc in my spine. I was in a lot of pain, my quality of movement had decreased drastically, and life had narrowed down to just surviving my waking hours.
