Weeks ago, I tentatively scheduled an appointment, dependent upon receiving confirmation of the clinic’s multi-disciplinary services. Despite my inquiries, I received vague assurances about their “circle of care,” without providing the concrete information I required. I recently visited Shelby at Embody Massage Therapy Clinic and had a wonderful experience. Shelby is friendly, professional, and created a warm, welcoming environment throughout my treatment. Going into the appointment, I had been experiencing a lot of stiffness through my back and immediately after the appointment, I felt more relaxed, noticed I was able to breathe deeper, and experienced better movement in my stiff muscles.
