I was invited to my first class as a guest with one of my friends! I was super excited but super scared to try new things. Absolutely amazing workout. I love the staff, workout, and the environment. This is the perfect way to give yourself some self care. I add this to my mix of strength and cardio training and it works muscles I don’t normally use. This is beginner friendly and the instructors always show how to do the next moves. Definitely recommend trying this out for anyone looking to add something new to their fitness routine.

Love this studio every time I visit midland for work. I buy packages when they go on sale and use them within the time frame. It’s very clean, the machines are new, and the instructors do a great job leading the classes (correcting form, recommending resistance, modified versions). I love going to Rima’s class during lunch!

You had me at 8:30!! Embody had just opened when I was looking for an 8/8:30 class after dropping my girls at school. Their classes are intense, with a great core focus, along with continued stretching on the Mega… Lots of laughs, smiles, & encouraging vibes. One day when I’m all grown up I would love to be an instructor sharing my love for Lagree! Paige also has great retail stop by shop & take a class! It really is a MUST! 💙
