I had an appointment at 1 on a Saturday. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the lights were off and the door locked. I thought that maybe only one person was working that day and locked up to go out to lunch with plans to be back in time for my appointment, which would have been understandable. I stuck around until 1:15 then left. The place was locked up and closed. The hours on the door said 10am -3pm on Saturdays. I don't know what the heck happened.
