This is my favorite yoga class. I love the instructor so much - she’s a great mix of supportive and challenging. I honestly thought yoga classes were kind of all the same until I did one of Sarah’s and realized how great they could be.
The very best yoga instructor I ever went to. The music, the vibe and the instruction was so on point. I left my first class feeling energized. Her counseling background really seemed to enhance the session as well. I can’t wait to go back!
