I was at The Stillpoint Wellness Center last night for the Group Energy Healing session with Michelle Troupe. This in person Group Energy Healing is the last Wednesday of every month. I have been to many group healings with her over the years, in-person and on-line, and have always received different healings from these sessions. I went for a massage on May 18. Really nice inside and my massage therapist, Rashell was so amazing. I came out feeling so relaxed and the ache in my neck was gone. I would highly recommend coming here.
It's been a few weeks, but I had a very, very painful knot under my shoulder blade, and, after a few days of the residual pain wearing off, the pain from the knot that Jennifer untied was completely gone! Since I was a first-time client, she spent some time with me beforehand to find out exactly what I needed, what my experiences had been before, and then went to work. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend!
