Such a welcoming place to go! The trainers are full of knowledge and take the time to focus on each member. Always welcomed with a smile and encouraged to do better. A wonderful community to be a part of.

I really enjoy the pace of class here. There is freedom to push yourself as well as rest and take it easy. It's a very encouraging atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. The gym classes actually make sense for my body too!

Embodied Fitness is the place to be I found being their has bought my fitness levels up and their is no negative people they are so beautiful and helpful and very friendly gym. Embodied fitness is like an second family your always feel welcome All the trainers are so lovely and very helpful in so many ways. Keely is awesome always know what to say to you and feel better in yourself. So glad I joined this gym, I was made to feel welcome and at ease as soon as I walked through the door. The classes are excellent, as are the trainers and each time I leave feeling better for it. I feel challenged, I feel knowledgeable and most of all I feel like party of the community. Keely has done such a wonderful job of creating a space that you want to continue to go back to, to better yourself and I’m so thankful for that.
