Mike was rude and arrogant. Did not give all the information. It was the worst experience I have had. Did not get rid of bugs.Have had to use a new company. Worst service ever

Embo pest control is the best. They came same day to Cambridge at the time they said and solved our Pharao ant problem we were having. They explained the infestation issue clearly and treatment options and have answered all questions before and after with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We have used them before and will use them again if needed. Definitely a top ten team.

I called EMBO in a panic because we had a potential bed bug in our workplace. The person I spoke with, Mike, was very helpful. He told me I could text him an image and he would respond within the next ten minutes. True to his word he got back to me and was calm and clear in his communication. Upon confirmation that it was in fact a bed bug he began to ask very thorough assessment questions and walked me and my coworkers through our next steps. My partner has owned a residential care facility in Hamilton for over five years dealing with people primarily with severe developmental diagnosis.
