This is not a good company for bed bug control. They have very limited information about bed bugs, the technicians spout out misinformation and are so beleaguered they can barely get the job done. They did not provide guidance on how to prep or to go forward after the treatment. They tried every trick in the book to avoid honoring the guarantee after the treatments had no effect. I would never recommend this company. Mr Bed Bug an employee charged $2000.00 cash for 1 heat/pesticide and 1 follow up pesticide spray with a 6 month guarantee. I have never been free of bed bugs, the treatments were totally ineffective from the day I returned to my home. I called the owner and complained and he sent someone even more inexperienced who sprayed sparingly here and there and tried to tell me that I probably did not have bed bugs because he saw no evidence.
