Horrible insurance, they barely have an doctors (especially mental health care providers) in network.

Terrible company. Constantly finding ways to screw over providers. They have customer service representatives in India who have no idea what they are even saying and it's costing physicians to lose a lot of revenue. Now, they are playing a game where you cannot call customer service if the physician is out of network and expect us to use an online chat. These online chat bots are absolutely useless and just another way to keep money in the pockets of the crooked CEO of Emblem Health.

Cancels Medicare advantage, plans with little notice, won’t return phone calls when you try to purchase a different plan! Customer service agents which are clearly located in another country, have trouble understanding clear English! Content group of people who don’t deserve your business and if you do Use them, be prepared for pennypinching and cost cutting every time you need medical help

I had Emblem Health Visa Plan, Insurance in 2022. Regrettably, they had stopped offering that plan. But I must say that I was sad, when I received the Letter, informing me that the plan I had was Closing. On a whole, I had Excellent Experience , with the Plan, and the Customer Service Experience. I am giving Emblem Health Insurance, %.
