After a little misunderstanding and discord with staff everything was worked awesomely! Chris really made helped make this a positive experience. On top of that the shirt I received is very good quality. Nice soft durable cotton tshirt that isba real true to size shirt. Will definitely be checking back to see what new ideas they come up with. I was struggling to find a good Christmas gift until I found this website. I was shocked by the quality when I got the stick and I can’t wait to give it to my uncle. The quality of the stick is well worth the price and I will for sure buy myself a stick in the future!
I love my two Hiking sticks . They came out fantastic . Chris was awesome to communicate with . They are very well made and printing is perfect . I ordered a Grand Canyon one and a custom made for my husbands Christmas. Can’t wait to hit the trails !
1. The website states shipping 7-14 days after order confirmation. Actual shipment was not made until 18 days, so it missed the event intended. I could forgive this if not for the poor quality of the product. 2. This is an oversized unfinished dowel that has poorly printed custom words, some of which are faded or smudged. Follow up. The company contacted me and offered to make another stick or refund the money. Since I had to replace the stick in time for the event, I chose to get a refund.
