This place is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Patrick removed our noncompliant wood stove as if it was easy. Plus, they resolved a billing issue with no fuss.
Awful. Poor customer service. Over priced. Unreliable. Avoid at all costs
Embers exceeded in meeting our expectations and finding a solution for an alternative heating source that fit our budget. They suggested a lightly used Pacific Energy TN-20 floor model that was exactly what we were looking for. Every employee from the owner, salesman and especially installers were exceedingly professional and courteous. Very happy to support a local business and couldn't be happier with our new wood stove!
