We hired Embers to cater and bartend our wedding reception and couldn't have been happier with the service. Julie and her husband Brian are an absolute joy to work with and helped us every step of the way including putting on a pizza and cocktail tasting for us. They helped us design our menu and food display. The service the day of the event was seamless, professional, and our other vendors spoke very highly of them. Honestly wish I could plan my whole wedding again just to work closely with them again.
We chose Embers Catering for a big birthday party here in the Bitterroot. Everything went so well! Excellent and timely communication and menu advice. We chose brisket, wood fired corn, potatoes and goat cheese salad. Which got rave reviews from our friends. Also served with excellence. Highly recommend!

The pizza was incredible—our guests are still raving about it. Jill’s communication throughout the entire planning process was excellent, and her setup was both fun and professional. Embers catered our wedding of 150 guests and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this team and this entire concept! The owners, Jill and Steven, were so sweet and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. This was the "wow" factor we were looking for our wedding. The presentation was spot on, the food was absolutely delicious and the whole thing just created a fun and social environment at our wedding. Ditch the Chicken Piccata and check out Embers Wood Fired Pizza!
