I was delighted by Embers and Sarah. I had a difficult time finding someone to service our grill and was relieved when Embers said they could do so. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and worked carefully and diligently to fix our grill. And left it much nicer and cleaner too! We now plan to have Embers (and hopefully Sarah) service our grill annually. Worth the service charge in my opinion. Thank you!
Charles is a very skilled technician, and he knew about the workings of our particular model. He worked expeditiously but with care, and he answered all of my questions. He’s very personable, and he left our home as clean as it was when he arrived.
Walked in and was immediately greeted! The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to have such a cozy and friendly fireplace store in my community!
