Fantastic service paired with an amazing product. We chose the Pacific Energy Super Classic LE in Midnight Blue, and Emberley’s took care of delivery and installation without a hitch. Their communication was excellent—they were easy to reach, upfront throughout the process, and their follow-through was outstanding. This wood stove heats our space comfortably and is a real showpiece in our home. Style and functionality at its best!
Excellent friendly service... Even when I call Neal and asked to add a BBQ hookup while they were installing my new propane fireplace it wasn't a problem. Jason and his helper were very friendly and did not mind my dog jumping all over them. I am very happy with the work that was completed. They will be back in the spring to remove an old fireplace for me!
The whole experience was wonderful. It is hard to leave a raised hearth live wood fireplace that served you for 45 years and when you move to an apartment and go to a small propane vertical unit, you really don't know what to expect. I should have done it 30 years ago! This is one of the smartest purchases we have every made. A wonderful company to work with.
We went to the store expecting to replace our gas fireplace but were assured that a simple service was all that was required. And they were correct, saving us thousands of dollars! Thanks for the honest advice and service!!
We had a propane fireplace installed a few months ago and it might be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Emberley’s were excellent to work with. The install was tricky because of our own choice for placement, but their installers made it work beautifully. We’d highly recommend Emberley Fireplace!
