Super experience from start to finish! Installed two Jotul propane fireplaces and they look fantastic!! Everyone was great to work with and the install went very smoothly!!
I presented Emberley with a moderately challenging situation related to the removal of an existing fireplace (rusted out and fully double bricked in) and insertion of a zero clearance in it's place. We purchased the Regency Ultimate from Emberleys. We have dealt with Neal Jackman in the past, and he's always been very helpful in understanding our needs and guiding us to the best options. Jason and his partner removed our old unit and installed the Regency and venting. They were very friendly and professional, ensuring everything was was safe. They made sure we knew how to operate the unit and remote. They cleaned everything up before they left. We highly recommend Emberleys.
I had Emberly Fireplace install a propane fireplace to replace our old wood burning fireplace. Neal and his crew were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and the many follow up questions that I had. They were realistic about timelines and professional in dealing with me throughout the process. Perhaps most importantly, I am so pleased with the results! There were some challenges in the installation and they were dealt with quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend this company.
