RecommendedI thought is was going to have to gripe... but I am so glad I get to share praise of wonderful customer service. After waiting a month for our gas-log set to get in for our Christmas Eve party tonight, the Ember Shop made good. They had our gas log and provided complimentary installation today (Christmas Eve); they even provided a complimentary remote starter. I looks great!!!! And kudos to Trace for the installation, a courteous and very friendly worker.
Great place, very helpful people. Nice showroom with a awesome selection lots to look at.
