What a perfect salon for a great price! Olivia is very professional, a great stylist and understands how to cut the style I asked for. She tried different ways to achieve the color i was looking for. Her manager, Janelle, has also been a great communicator with checking to see if i was satisfied with the results and finding solutions to make it even better. I am a new client, have only seen Olivia 3 x and am very happy with this salon!
Great spa. There are some tweaks they need to make the experience more enjoyable but it is beautiful and the technician, Melisant, was just wonderful, sweet, gentle in her actions and words but firm to the touch for my scrub and wrap.
Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Both times I have called to schedule an appointment, I am surprised by the lack of great customer service from the desk/phone people (specifically this last time I know it was Carol). It seems like they are there just to get you scheduled but beyond that they don't seem to make your experience pleasant or helpful.
