Great spa. There are some tweaks they need to make the experience more enjoyable but it is beautiful and the technician, Melisant, was just wonderful, sweet, gentle in her actions and words but firm to the touch for my scrub and wrap.
Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Both times I have called to schedule an appointment, I am surprised by the lack of great customer service from the desk/phone people (specifically this last time I know it was Carol). It seems like they are there just to get you scheduled but beyond that they don't seem to make your experience pleasant or helpful. I had my 2nd visit at the spa this weekend and it did not disappoint! Mel is amazing and I have not felt this relaxed in a long time! I fully recommend! I visited Ember spa with by bestie for massages. Ashton took care of me and she was amazing! I went in with a headache and neck pain and walked out feeling great! She carefully listened and gave me a massage that addressed all of the pain points. Your lucky if you get a massage with her!! She's super friendly on top of it!
Danielle did my facial. She is so skilled and knows what she's doing. What an amazing experience! Relaxing and calming. My skin was glowing afterwards. Ember spa is wonderful, highly recommend! Will be back soon. ETA: Dana did my manicure and pedicure a couple of times. She is so wonderful! Sweet and helpful, asked me exactly what I needed and did it. I've been here a few times now and bought the membership because of how amazing everyone is!
Best nail appointment ever! Such a calm relaxing space and loved chatting with the nail techs. Dana did a wonderful job and I can’t wait to come back!
