My Ember plunge pool/hot tub is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Daniel and Chris’ customer service was exemplary and from the minute I placed my order I found they were always prompt in responding to all my queries and questions. I chose Ember because access to my acreage property in Brisbane is problematic so the flat pack nature of the tub was perfect for me . I’m so happy I took the plunge .
I’ve had my tub for about six months now and the novelty has not worn off. It has been such a wonderful addition. Not only is the product exceptional, the customer service and support is beyond anything I have experienced before. Thanks guys, you truly are amazing and I could not recommend the Ember team highly enough.
I have had a wonderful experience with Ember Hot Tubs - Dan and team after sales support is absolutely fantastic. Although easily dismantled and setup for short term use, I wanted to leave a review 12months post purchase using the hot tub as a permanent long term setup. I have the 2m plunge pool with custom seat. We live fully off grid and this is an excellent low power option. With the longer term setup we have been able to add some personal touches. I gave my wife one of these hot tubs as a 50th bday pressie. I secretly built the tub on our house deck one evening over looking our creek flat paddocks on our 50 acres.... its heaven with water. My wife lights the fire fridays, weekends & mondays while working from hm. After dinner each night she retires to her hot tub and spends hours, reading a book, listening to pod casts and staring bindly out over the propety as the roos & rabbits graze down below. What an experience!! I cannot recommend more highly, both the hot tub itself and Dan as a person to deal with. I had the Barrel of Laughs 8 Seater Hot Tub for a small gathering and we couldn’t get out of it! The weather was regularly rainy and windy over the weekend but, with the warmth and comfort of the hot tub, we were able to be outside together looking up at the stars and enjoying the surrounds of the garden during the night and day.
