We couldn't be happier with our Ember Hot Tub. It's been an incredible addition to our home. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and the design is both practical and beautiful. The flat-pack setup made installation easy even in a tricky space. The customer service has been exceptional. A total pleasure of an experience. Dan was a so nice to deal with, comfortably alleviating any concerns or anxieties I might’ve had, without any gross sales tactics or pushiness. The tub itself is exactly what I was after. Being a flat pack, I could put it in a spot on my property that pre-built couldn’t have gone. And finally, the tub is beautiful, it suits my bush block perfectly and soaking in it feels great.
My Ember plunge pool/hot tub is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Daniel and Chris’ customer service was exemplary and from the minute I placed my order I found they were always prompt in responding to all my queries and questions. I chose Ember because access to my acreage property in Brisbane is problematic so the flat pack nature of the tub was perfect for me . I’m so happy I took the plunge .
I’ve had my tub for about six months now and the novelty has not worn off. It has been such a wonderful addition. Not only is the product exceptional, the customer service and support is beyond anything I have experienced before. Thanks guys, you truly are amazing and I could not recommend the Ember team highly enough.
I have had a wonderful experience with Ember Hot Tubs - Dan and team after sales support is absolutely fantastic. Although easily dismantled and setup for short term use, I wanted to leave a review 12months post purchase using the hot tub as a permanent long term setup. I have the 2m plunge pool with custom seat. We live fully off grid and this is an excellent low power option. With the longer term setup we have been able to add some personal touches.
