Wow, is all I can say. If you want to have an incredible ine of a kind steak you gotta try Ember. What an incredibly well cooked and extremely flavorful steak. When they say it is a smoked steak that it is. Definitely the best steak I have ate in Kansas or Oklahoma and probably the best steak I have ever had.
