I've completed five HOCATT sessions at Embellish, and I'm blown away by how fantastic I feel! After my fourth session, I noticed a huge improvement in my sleep and just overall wellbeing. I’m a mum of 2 little people, so time and self-care are a little foreign in this life stage. But put simply, Jen’s the best. THE BEST. As I float out of the salon after every experience, it’s a reminder of why I travel from down south (almost 50min commute!) showing me exactly why it’s worth it a 1000 times over. I recently discovered the amazing benefits of the Hoccatt sauna at Embelish Inc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for recovery post training, stress and anxiety management and overall health benefits. The salon is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing to be in, Gabbi my therapist was fantastic and very professional. I can’t wait for my next appointment at the Salon if you haven’t tried one yet I would say book yourself in!!
I will be referring all my friends & family to Jen @ Embellish Inc! In particular for the HOCATT therapy I have found after only just 2 sessions it has improved inflation, soreness, aches & pains and also improved my sleep. World class treatment for everyone
Rugby league is a tough sport, along the way you will pick up injuries. Recovery is so important and the Hocatt is the best in the business! I haven’t played in years and have been searching for treatment that will help me with old injuries, inflammation and aches & pains. My search is over now that I have meet Jen!! The HOCATT is better than anything I’ve tried before and believe me I’ve tried everything. go hard or go home blocker
