Victoria was a lifesaver. I unfortunately was scammed three days before my wedding and was not able to get my hair done. I called her and within a couple of hours I had a deposit paid for the style I wanted and I was scheduled for the next morning. Victoria was absolutely wonderful! I arrived on time, but my GPS randomly stopped working after I parked, so I ended up wandering around on foot looking for her suite like a lost puppy. She texted that she was ready whenever I was, and when I called to admit that I had no idea where I was going, she patiently directed me and even came outside to flag me down. My girls both got their hair braided this week by Embellishedbraids, and it was a great experience. For one, the space is neat and very clean, and she offers a quiet, private space for your service. Also a shampoo was offered with the service which I had never had before! There was great communication from booking to completion of the service!
Victoria was quick to respond to my first appointment inquiry and I was so happy she had an appointment time available to get me in. Since it was an early morning appointment, I appreciated buzzing into the Salon building and once I was in walked down to meet me so I could find her suite.
