I’m on my 3rd month and I absolutely love it here😊. I am growing stronger every day and I can see my body actually changing💪🏾❤️. I love that it is instructor lead so I don’t have to guess at what to do. Angela and Rod are amazing🫶🏾. Unfortunately for his has to be the rudest woman I’ve came across in a long time. Really disturbing I’ve tried to support black business all my life and for her to text me this mess because we couldn’t come up with a suitable time and had miscommunication before. Although we had miscommunication before I still tried to come and support black business but absolutely never again and I pray that she others treated better than what I did
The literal best gym ever. I could write a book about the things this place has done for me in so many ways. The coaches are beautiful, kind, patient and challenge you beyond your wildest dreams. The environment is joyful and encouraging. If you stick with it, you’ll never be the same! I love it here!!!
