We brought our 11-year-old daughter here for her first perm. It should have been fun and memorable. Instead, it was disappointing because of the result, poor communication, surprise charges, and lack of warmth. In the consultation, my wife showed the exact photo of what our daughter wanted, and was told they could do it. The quote was $200-$300. They charged the max, $300, and only stated that number after the “service" and said it was due to hair length. If normal-length hair on an 11-year-old means $300, say that upfront. ... read more

Shea was absolutely amazing during my visit! She was so welcoming and absolutely nailed my butterfly cut. Shout to her and Haylee for helping me with my daughter and not making me feel like a burden in any way. 10/10 recommend!
