This shop is super cute and most of the staff is really friendly! Unfortunately, I got one of their stress balls (as well as a few other things that are good but not great) and when I got home to open it, there was a big hole and the sticky product inside went everywhere. I bought it on Tuesday but wasn’t able to get back until Friday to ask for a refund. Store has good quality products and options but customer service is outright terrible. I went shopping with a friend and noticed an employee following us around the store, with i think the assumption of us stealing. We tested out our theory and we were correct they followed us the whole time and we went to the front to look at more jewelry and she RAN to the front blocking the door.
Such a lovely boutique shop. It’s beautiful inside with a large selection for gift giving or to simply splurge on yourself. So many top jewelry brands, baby gifts and even items perfect for teens and young adults (which can sometimes be hard to buy for). Personally, I was shopping for a Brighton necklace for my mother-in-law…not only did they have a great selection but their prices were surprisingly better than on the Brighton website. Horrible customer service!! As soon I open the door, nobody greets you! There was just a group of women talking at the entrance, you don't even know who is working there, I had to go to the store next door to ask who worked there, and it was one of the group of women who was just gossiping at the entrance! In every store I go to, they say hello and let me know if I need anything, they are there to help, but here THERE IS NO ONE LIKE THAT.
