Terrible customer service. The owners are so rude. Wish I would have known before going there. Highly recommend NOT shopping there.
Absolutely horrible customer service I’m not sure who is more rude, the staff or the husband that works there. My daughter was there and he treated her awful had her leaving in tears. She went to exchange a bracelet with tags and he would absolutely no part of it and spoke to her like she was trash. I then called and after speaking with his wife whom was rude in the beginning she was willing to look at the bracelets but you could hear her awful husband in the background not allowing her to do so. Horrible customer service. The older gentleman that works in there is very rude. Witnessed him being very rude to a young girl who was trying to exchange a bracelet. They do not follow their return/exchange policy.
I really should have looked at the reviews for this place before I went. This seems to be an ongoing issue for quite a few years now. Both times I've been here recently, the young girls working there are just so impolite. Barely say a word to you. Then if you're walking around too long they ask if they can help you like they're annoyed by your presence. I've never felt so unwelcome in a small business. My girls and I stopped in to look at jelly cats. The ladies were so sweet and patient with them especially with my 8 year old. We ended up purchasing 3 and will definitely be back there to shop the next time we’re in town.
