Writing this review to thank the honest workers inside. I forgot my phone on the bench out front and they were holding onto it behind the counter.
This a family owned establishment. Lovely couple to work with, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. I know reviews are harsh, but they are older and the world is different- give grace.
I just want to start by saying I loved this boutique. I've purchased several jellycats from them amongst other products. When I saw they had nee dohs and dumpling, I was incredibly excited, as I've been searching for them for a while for my nephews. I was able to purchase 2 nee dohs over the phone since I'm 30 minutes away and wanted to make sure I could actually get them- again, so excited! This is horrible i got a jellycat then went to a different store and wanted to get something else. So I go to return it but you can’t the laddie said you aren’t allowed to return plushies . Apparently it is store policy.
