Stayed at hotel 2x in a week back and forth from OBX. 1st stay was great for family with good beds and strong warm showers. Breakfast is on another level for a hotel. We were so impressed we came back on the way home. Got in late and only needed a shower for the family and good nights rest. Unfortunately we were met with cold showers that night. Beautiful hotel and great location!
The hotel was very beautiful and classy. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen staff was amazing. They were kind and courteous and kept the place immaculate . We will be back !
The hotel itself is nice, in a Very convenient location, however the staff were very rude, have no customer service skills. I left food in my freezer the preserver before I left, housekeeping went to my room before I check out and either took it or threw it away. When I asked about it they claimed that they didn’t find anything there. Now I’m a Hilton member and this is the worse customer service ever.
