While the service was excellent, the rest of the hotel missed on everything. The location is inconvenient to everything but the interstate. The only thing around is a 7/11 gas station. You have to get in the car to get anything else. Parking was ample until you arrived after 8pm. Circling the parking lot looking for parking was normal. And the parking lot wasn't well lit so I felt uncomfortable walking to the hotel. The biggest issue we had is that the pool isn't open on a regular schedule. My family celebrated a 50th Birthday party April 10-12, 2026. I’ll start with check in. Staff was pleasant but not trained to fully communicate guest check in needs. Our group rate included parking but two family had their vehicles towed. The guest services member did not offer a parking pass to both of my family members. As a result, they were charged $200 each to get their vehicles from the tow company. This is a nothing more than a cash grab! Diamond Member — Deeply Disappointed As a Hilton Diamond member, I hold Hilton properties to a high standard. Embassy Suites Springfield failed to meet even basic hospitality expectations during our recent stay. We traveled as a family group booking 4 rooms and encountered serious issues throughout our visit. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this experience needs to be shared. First, I’ll say this: the property itself is beautiful. The front desk, restaurant staff, and overall environment were excellent. The Sales Manager, Maya, was also outstanding—professional, responsive, and ultimately the reason we chose this location over other hotels in the Tysons area.
