Checked and was given a room on the 7th floor, hauled up luggage only to enter a room that had not been cleaned. Bed unmade, towels on the floor ect. Not what I have come to expect as a Diamond member or from Embassy Suites. Back down to the desk...new room on the 4th floor, it was clean but TV didn't power on in the living room. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work in the room either. Back downstairs I went. Let the front desk know and they said they would send maintenance up. Staff is exceptional. Custom breakfast is superb.very clean.
Overall, beautiful hotel and the breakfast is good.
