As frequent guests who have stayed at Embassy Suites all across the US—and who absolutely love the consistently perfect Austin location near our home—this particular stay was incredibly disappointing. I just don’t like that room. I was on 8th floor room 806. Hate it. Need major updating. Hard bed. Small flat pillows. Old couch or sofa. Carpet need shampooing. Dogs shouldn’t be allowed they leave nasty hair. A lot of rust on vents and tub. Now staff is awesome. Valet parking into the parking deck. Wonderful breakfast and happy hour complimentary. I might stay again just because of that. But upgrade the rooms please

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious, and we had an excellent view of the riverwalk. We stayed in the corner suite. The location is great. Legacy park is across the parking lot with a great BBQ restaurant. The hotel has a lot of rooms, so if it's booked full...the wait for the elevator could be a few. We would definitely stay again.
