This hotel is wonderful. Great for kids or just a date night. The amenities were worth the cost. The beds were not comfortable though - very stiff. Other than that, everything was wonderful. If it is your first time in Gatlinburg and you drive a truck with a bed, make sure to leave the bed open because bears want to see what you have in there... even if it's nothing. 🤣
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It’s within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, with easy access to Anakeesta, the SkyLift, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The beds were very comfortable, and our room was clean and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. This is the place to stay!! The swimming ♀️ pool. Slide , lazy river, hot tub and all the other amenities are just off the charts!! Jason at the front desk and Christopher "Chris" and Jade at the restaurant/bar are just the best . Thank you for a wonderful trip and a great room...
