Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (included). Great pool, great location. Very nice.
This hotel is extremely nice. Perfect location tucked in the woods off the road between 2 creeks. You will see lots of bears! If you can get a room in the rear looking at the woods/mountain, thats where the bears hang around. They also walk along the base of the retaning wall around the pool. The outdoor area/amenities are the best in gatlinburg. The trolley stops right out front. Service is excellent and all the employees were very nice.
