All around excellent experience, from the location to the buffet breakfast, they exceeded my expectations and will definitely be coming back.
*I briefly visited this hotel and did not stay overnight. I am solely basing this review on my first impression based on presentation, cleanliness, and decor.* I walked around the first floor of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder and was amazed at the beautiful, mid-century modern decor. Didn't stay here, just attended a conference and frequented the hotel bar. Man...if you stop by for a drink ask for Keith or Temple. They made sure to keep the drinks cold and the atmosphere laid back! Cool place.
Our stay was fantastic. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast and happy hour were great, and service was incredible. After I made a mistake on the booking, manager Nick was amazing and helped us sort it out in no time. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll be back soon.
