I read the negatives reviews and figured it wouldn’t be as bad as folks said…but I was wrong. On the positive side, rooms were well sound proofed. Everything else was pretty rough. Long line to check in, only one clerk working. Pool was murky. Nothing seemed clean, everything was worn-carpets, furniture etc. Breakfast was dismal-not many choices, omelette bar was slow (many embassy suites have a system where you place your order on a slip and come and pick it up-not here-wait in a long line). Currently here, the room size is great. But the rooms is very outdated. Bed skirts are ripped and there is a buzzing that seldomly stops coming from the air vent. We can’t wait leave for the noise to stop.

Horrible experience! Chewed up gum sitting ontop of ice bucket, hair in the shower and dust and grime all over bathroom floors. Cigarette burn on comforter. Dust on every surface of the room. Floors look like they hadn't been vacumed in weeks. Toe nail clippings under ottoman. Phones in room didnt work. Not wanting your 2 year old to touch the floor made being relaxed very difficult. We travel a lot for my son’s competitive hockey team and we typically stay at Hilton properties, usually Embassy Suites. This hotel is by far the WORST Hilton hotel we have ever stayed at! The lobby and bar area look nice but it’s very deceiving! The rooms are absolutely disgusting! We had two adjoining rooms - one reeked of stale cigarette smoke and the other had a staring smell of mold/mildew.
