I would seriously downgrade this hotel from "good" to "minus fair." Multiple things caused this rating. 1) As I checked into my room I discovered that the toilet bowl did not flush. It took 2 requests to get a repair. 2)The room was not cleaned & the garbage was not taken out until after a two day stay. 3)No new paper cups for coffee was ever provided. 4)Hotel lotion was replaced on day 4 of my stay after multiple requests. 5) I told the manager about my concerns & disappointments. Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Waltham recently and had a great experience! The price was really fair for what you get, especially considering how close it is to lots of local attractions and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Plus, the suites are spacious and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Definitely a solid choice if you’re visiting the area.
We found bed bugs on our third night staying here. We had to switch rooms at midnight after finding a lot of bed bugs on the pillow that was on the ground, under the mattress, etc. Housekeeping does not do a good job cleaning. They did not clean our room once in the three nights of our stay even though we specifically asked them to come clean. They brought new towels and took the old ones but did not change or fix the sheets or bedding. Do not stay! They only comped one night of our three nights. Now we have to go home and d... read more
