Great competitive rate for an upscale hotel. Comfortable bed. Fantastic location. Hot breakfast. Beautiful decor and dining area. Wish they offered bell service as a female traveling alone with lots of luggage.
The lobby is kept at 79 degrees. Observed by the thermostat. This was an August stay. We stayed with 3 kids. It was advertised as a king with a pullout sofa. The sofa was not a pullout. It was a trifoold with 1 inch tops on a slat futon. We asked to change rooms and was told we do not have any rooms, you are welcome to leave and we wont charge you for the night.
