During my recent stay, I had one of the worst hotel experiences imaginable. The bed sheets were stained with bodily secretions from a previous guest and had never been replaced. The bathroom was filthy, with hair stuck to the shower wall and tub, and the towels were so dirty they looked like they had been used to clean shoes.
