Highlights: made to order free breakfast, free airport shuttle We were charged a $75 fee for early check-in. The lady at the front said they offer free early check in starting at 2 pm.

While this hotel is conveniently located near the airport, car rental, and subway station...avoid it if possible. For some reason only maintenance and housekeeping have the pleasant attitudes one expects when paying for an overpriced stay. The front desk staff honestly needs to be entirely replaced as well as the front desk manager for allowing the attitudes displayed by their staff. Even asking for a pen seems beneath them.
