I had such a relaxing and memorable stay celebrating my birthday at Embassy Suites! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The lobby staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, which immediately made me feel valued as a guest. I’m writing this review because the staff here is absolutely phenomenal. Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Yannick, and he was amazing. I called to inquire about a room, and he welcomed all of my questions and concerns with open arms. He reassured me that the staff or himself would be available and ready to help bring my vision to life. Great room. Good service. Easy in and out.
The Room - Spacious, clean, comfortable Service - Front Desk/Reception staff were friendly and professional Location - Easy access to 270/495. Close to downtown CON - Parking. While there is a large parking garage, two of the floors are not for hotel guest. If you come in late, parking will be almost impossible to find. CON - The hot water at the bathroom sink took a very long time. However, shower got very hot quickly and good water pressure.
