Didn’t have the part we needed (outdated part) when we explained the situation but pointed us in the right direction and our issue is now resolved. Top bloke and shop! Highly recommend.
The prices are always reasonable, and they have all the items the plumber needs, I definitely recommend Embassy Plumbing Supplies to anyone who wants anything to do with plumbing supplies.
Amazing!!! Staff there were so knowledgeable and helpful even going as far as lending me a tool to get the job done. I am incredibly grateful for all their help - thought it was an impossible task but they not only made it possible but also at very reasonable prices. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are friendly when you're spending money but when there's an issue with a product and you want a refund they're completely different. Very aggressive tone when speaking both over the phone and in person, some staff training should definitely be pursued here. Don't even bother with this store, they haven't got a clue about their refund policy because there isn't one which will not me made clear.
