I’ve been living here for 3 months remind you it’s summer time I’ve put in maintenance requests I’ve contacted property manager, I have 2 kids & Asthma and they still have yet to come fix my air conditioning I’ve been asking for 2 whole months and then on top of that I have a broken garbage disposal hasn’t been fixed either when I moved in Columbia gas red tagged my stove told me to evacuate due to possible carbon monoxide poisoning and now my apartment has no hot water if you have children DO NOT MOVE HERE !

Had a little bit of misunderstanding the first 3 months with how it works at the maintenance level but after that I can say it's one of the best places I have been probably the best.
The apartment manager Sharon is very nice. Her professional approach is remarkable
